The Website https://opentoken.anspire.ai, the platform software, APIs, documentation, user interface, graphics, page designs, and all other materials made available through the Services (excluding user content and third-party materials) are the property of Anchnet (International) Technology Co., Limited or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
2. Trademarks
"Anspire" and related logos are trademarks or trade names of Anchnet (International) Technology Co., Limited. Third-party names and logos displayed on the Website — including model provider marks (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Alibaba Qwen) and payment network marks (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Klarna) — are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the relevant products and services. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
3. Limited License to You
Subject to the Terms & Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or create derivative works of any part of the platform except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
4. Your Content and AI Output
- You retain all rights you hold in the inputs you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to process such inputs solely to provide the Services.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law and the license terms of the relevant upstream model provider, we assign to you, or do not claim, ownership of the output you lawfully generate through the Services.
- You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and your use of outputs do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Infringement Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content available through the Services infringes your rights, please send a notice to server@anspire.ai including: (a) identification of the protected work; (b) the location of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; and (e) your signature (physical or electronic). We will review complaints promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, and may terminate repeat infringers' accounts.
