Account data: email address, phone number, password (stored in hashed form), display name.
Business data: company name and billing information you provide for invoicing.
Payment data: payments are processed by licensed third-party payment service providers. We do not store your full card number, CVV or card expiry date; we only receive transaction status and the last four digits of the card where provided.
Service content: prompts, files and other inputs you submit to the API, and the outputs generated, to the extent necessary to provide the Services.
Support data: correspondence when you contact us.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Usage data: API call volume, token consumption, model selection, timestamps and error logs.
Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages.
Cookies: used for session management, language preference and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services;
To process payments, credit your account and issue receipts;
To monitor usage, enforce rate limits and prevent fraud and abuse;

We do not use your API inputs or outputs to train our own or third parties' foundation models without your explicit consent.

Model providers: your API inputs are transmitted to the relevant upstream model provider solely to generate the requested output.
Service providers: hosting, payment processing, analytics and customer support vendors bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements: where disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
